Chris is a founding partner of Three Bridges Private Capital. With over 25 years of financial and investment consulting experience, Chris has successfully raised $9 billion of investor capital across institutions, family offices and individual investors.

In that time, he has worked for some of the largest financial and asset management companies in the world including The Vanguard Group and Principal Financial Group. He holds a BS in marketing management from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.

Matt is a career entrepreneur and investor. As a founding partner, he has relied on his experience to find promising investment opportunities. Over the past decade, Matt has invested in over 40 companies within private equity and venture capital.

In parallel, Matt is the President of Pine Grove Financial Group, a SEC-registered wealth management firm that manages $700MM of client assets.

At the core, Matt’s work ethic and integrity reside from growing up on a farm in southern Minnesota.

Matt received a degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.

Sam Scheid

Managing Partner

Prior to Three Bridges Private Capital, Sam was Executive Vice President at Semper Payments for 5 years, Vice President for Schneider Capital for 13 years, and worked at Janney Montgomery Scott in the Institutional Sales and Trading department for six years.

His background has significant financial services experience in institutional money management and operations.

Sam graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with B.A. in Economics where he played baseball. He enjoys all things competition, specifically, golf and racket sports.
